About Us

The Haven Frequency Lounge is an immersive space of holistic wellness that merges scalar wave therapy, sauna & cold plunge therapy, and sound-centered experiences.

Thoughtfully designed to integrate into your wellness routine, The Haven is for consistently tuning up the body and tuning into inner sensation—so you can show up in life, the way you want to. Designed as a much needed third space, we are excited for the social alchemy that will happen.
